              before tarver 2 i had him top 15 10. but afer tarver i mean hess still active it kinda drop him around top 25. which is still great and his acomplishments and almost decade as p4p should never be discredited. but his recent performances and ko loses kind of drops his rank. a title at cruiser and win over jo cal would put him at 15 and under easy. and win over bhop rematch would have him in top 10 for lock.

                  i got him as a def hall of famer. close to all time great. Shoulda been the greatest ever, but had bad defense. I got him and Tyson in the same boat. top 20 somewhere.

                    I would rank Floyd before RJJ.
