Like I said, sending a contract through the mail is not a negotiation.
    Tell that to the media.

Now Floyd just need to believe in his skills and get in that ring.
Floyd believes in cheats and liars also , ask Manny and El Cheato about cheats and liars they make a living out of it , Floyds going to school Manny and Manny knows it so the Scared of Needles Warrior needs to lift his game because its obvious he is ducking being PEDS tested .

Enough of these blaming games and excuses!

If they really want to fight then by all means let them settle the issue inside the ring!

All this drug issues are nonsense not a single fight in the past professional Boxing fights ever conducted this so called Random Test!

Floyd jr and Mosley got blood test 19 days and 18 days respectively prior to their fight!

        That's not a Random Test!

          For ****'s sake.
If Pac is taking PEDS, it will SURFACE EVENTUALLY.
Dont accuse until there's concrete proof.
For the mean time, here's a list of 20 boxers that prove positive from PEDS:

          1. Then pound for pound king Roy Jones, Jr tested positive for androstenedione after his fight with Richard Hall in 2000. (Yorkblog.com)

          2. Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr tested positive for Furosemide after his victory over Troy Rowland on November 14, 2009. (Hispanicprwire.com)

          3. While former heavyweight champion Tommy Morrison have not tested positive for PEDs, he tested HIV positive in the late 1990s in Nevada, and was denied a boxing license.

          4. Shane Mosley told a grand jury that he injected himself with EPO, a performance-enhancing drug (PED), prior to a bout with Oscar de la Hoya in the early 2000s.

          5. An unidentified Greek boxer tested positive for a banned substance in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. (Getty)

          6. Omar Nino tested positive for methamphetamine, or crystal meth, following his draw with Brian Viloria in a WBC light flyweight bout in Las Vegas in November 2006.

          7. Mike Tyson tested positive for marijuana following his bout with Andrew Golota in 2000. (Showtime)

          8. Former junior flyweight belt holder Will Grigsby tested positive for marijuana following his loss to Ulises Solis (Showtime)

          9. Legendary Pernell "Sweat Pea" Whitaker, one of the sport's greatest defensive tacticians, tested positive for ******* in 1998. The former lightweight and welterweight champ's 1998 win over Andrei Pestraiev was changed to a no-contest after testing positive.

          10. Ricardo Mayorga tested positive for the diuretic Lasix following his loss to Oscar De La Hoya in the mid-2000s.

          11. Fernando Vargas. After the de la Hoya fight, Vargas tested positive for the banned steroid stanozolol. He accepted full responsibility. The Nevada Athletic Commission announced on November 20 of 2002 that it would fine Vargas $100,000. Vargas was suspended for nine months.

          12. In 2007, Evander Holyfield was anonymously linked to Applied SPAM DELETED Services, a SPAM DELETED in Alabama that is currently under investigation for supplying athletes with illegal steroids and human growth hormone (HGH).

          13. Mariano Carrera tested positive for the anabolic steroid clenbuterol following his World Boxing Association (WBA) junior middleweight title victory over Javier Castillejo in Berlin.

          14. Nevada State Athletic Commission suspended Orlando Salido ®, who had outpointed Robert Guerrero to win the International Boxing Federation (IBF) featherweight belt in Las Vegas on Nov. 4, when his postfight urinalysis revealed the presence of another steroid, nandrolone. (AP)

          15. Richard Hall (picture shown - Roy Jones, Jr - AP). Roy Jones Jr. and Richard Hall both tested positive for the testosterone precursor androstenedione after Jones defeated Hall to retain his undisputed world light heavyweight championship in Indianapolis in 2000.

          16. James Toney's 2005 victory over WBA heavyweight titlist John Ruiz was changed to a no-contest after Toney tested positive for nandrolone.

          17. In 2004, heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko admitted to using steroids in his autobiography. Vitali reveals using steroids after aggravating a leg injury that he had previously sustained during a kick-boxing bout.

          18. Jared Lovett. In 2009, the South African Lovett had returned a sample that showed he had used the steroid Stanozolol.

          19. Francois Botha. Botha had a victory in 1995 against Axel Schulz to win the IBF World Heavyweight Championship, but later tested positive for the steroid nandrolone.

          20. Timo Hoffmann, a German-based heavyweight, reportedly tested positive for steroids following his loss to Alexander Dimitrenko in 2007.

Pacquiao, to this day, has had a perfect CLEAN record of being tested negative of PEDS. And even if he is on PEDS, it WILL surface SOONER OR LATER.

*****s will tell you Pac's bought a time machine and went back in time to after the first morales fight to make that video....

What's the bet, old uncle roger and the predator were scouring the internet looking for something on pac to use to derail the fight and found that video, probably how the whole ped accusations thing began in the first place....

                      Ellerbe: There were no negotiations.

Unless USADA and other more "reliable" source says so, only ***** would jump to the ******wagon.
