It's just like Roger said. 1)Margo isn't shat without his wraps. 2)Margo is going to be totally weight drained. 3)Pac is on A-Side Meth so he can beat Margo. And 4)Margo is throwing the fight. I don't get what's so difficult to understand. It's sunny out, raining, freezing, muggy, hailing, sweltering, and snowing all at once. No problem.

I mean there was nothing weird about that fight.
No, Clottey didn't really make an effort to fight against Pacquiao. Yes, Clottey is a defensive fighter, but that was ridiculous.

That is how he always fight, the difference it was that Pac is a lot faster than anybody he has ever fought and Pac faster feet to move than anybody Clottey has ever fought.

Clottey fought like Clottey. There was no su****ion in that fight, if you understand style makes fight, and if you have seen Clottey fight in the past. If you know those 2 then there is no su****ion.

The only way you can have one, is you not familiar with Clottey nor don't know that styles makes fights.

Funny Clotteys work rate was down with somebody that he hit everytime he threw something , doesnt make sense that you dont throw when your stinging him with everthing you touch him with , and then come out and say Pac punches dont hurt at all , Clottey did not fight like Clottey because his workrate was way down on a guy that does not shut down a fighters workrate , Clottey said Pac never hurt him in the slightest his punches were nothing he said , he fought like a paid to lose patsy its obvious .

i made a thread the other day after i talked to a buddy who writes for a couple of sites and this dude is one of the biggest PAC homers out there...and for the first time, he actually sounded concerned...not because of other write ups but because he knows some people in his entourage and they've told him that PAC just doesn't seem as into it as in previous fights
Lucky for Pac, it's Margarito. In 2008, I'd say he gets smashed. Not today though. Maybe it's just me but there's something about that Margarito-Garcia fight that perturbed me. That fight could tell us one of two things. It could be like Jose Luis Castillo's bout against former sparring partner Rolando Reyes, where he went from a sensational KO over Corrales to looking like utter trash in a bout where the once aggressive slugger decided to box in an exaggerated fashion midway through the bout (sound familiar?). The announcers said that JLC probably figured it wasn't necessary to step on the gas when he could win easy but when a warrior starts thinking like that, he's already slipping.

Or perhaps Margarito-Garcia was something akin to Barrera-Valbuena, when a pound for pounder in his prime appeared to be showing signs that he'd been in one too many brawls. That performance enticed Prince Naseem Hamed to sign on. But Barrera looked sensational against Jesus Salud in his tuneup before that bout. Hamed trainer Manny Steward wore the "holy ****, we're ****ed" look while performing ringside duties for HBO that telecast. We know the rest.

But I'm not worried about Pacquiao being in shape. He'll be prepared and, in case people haven't noticed, even when he's in top shape he tends to slow down in the mid to late rounds before finishing with a ****. There's a reason he's practicing spending times on the ropes -- because he'll need to! The going may get rough in there but can Margarito eat what Manny's about to dish out? Probably not so Pacman's gonna be doing all the feasting on November 13th.

But anything is possible and I confess a soft spot for Tony because I feel as if the game has done him dirty. Maybe he did the game dirty too so it's a fair trade-off, I guess. But the crux of the argument against this bout is that it could've been better. A better opponent, a better everything. There's plenty of problems with Margarito-Pacquiao and that's why so many people are complaining from different angles. I would hope even the biggest slurpers would admit that. Let's face it, they're stuck in a catch-22. If Margarito wins, their hero is toppled. An easy Pacquiao win only emboldens those who criticized the fight in the first place. We may disagree on how well this fight does but I guarantee you this will do Mosley-Mayweather numbers for threads on NSB the day after.
