Don't know what planet you're living on, but it sure isn't planet earth! Khan has decent power but not great power, and he rarely sits on his punches in any case. Maidana has a lot more power and sits on his punches much more. Khan has many advantages over Maidana, such as speed and footwork; but to pretend he has more power is just hilarious.

That said, speed kills, and if Roach has taught him how to hit without being hit while fighting in the pocket (which would be a new skill for him if so, but there are rumours that they have been working on this), then it is possible that he could get a KO and surprise people - not because he has more power than Maidana, but because he might be able to land the more telling punches, due to his speed. We'll see.

I would be HUGELY impressed, and totally surprised, if Khan took the fight to Maidana. If what Khan says is true (and I dont think it is, I see him boxing/moving to a safe UD)..... but if this was true, then I now have Maidana as a firm favorite in this fight.

Maidana is a beast, Khan dont wanna mess with Maidana on his terms, I don't know if I believe this.

Recently with a number of BS articles, the very first thing that you have to do is determine whether it is even accurate. Not dissing the writers so much, its the bull**** talk coming from the fighters/promoters/familys/etc.

It's planet earth. Yep , when people say,
"back to reality", what they really mean is,
"back to planet earth". You're right.
I don't know where you're posting from, but
it seems like Pandora or something. But we'll
see as you said. Madonna is simply average
        to me.

              b) Khan has been knocked down and hurt by several feather-fisted journeymen, including Willie Limond - who has 8 KOs out of 33 wins, and has never beaten anyone rated higher than 100 in the world.

To be fair, whilst I believe Khan has a poor chin, Kotelnik has more power than Gomez and Limond and wasn't able to hurt Khan at 140, even though he landed some big shots. I think Alexander was more bothered by Kotelnik's punches than Khan ever was. However, Maidana is a different prospect all together, and I don't fancy Khan's chances if he is eating big shots early on.

Khan's balance has improved; so has his ability to clinch where necessary, so has his ability to roll with a punch to take the sting out of it; plus he blocks punches now, which he didn't before, so the punches that land rarely land that cleanly; he keeps his chin tucked in now, whereas he used to leave it hanging out; he no longer moves blindly onto punches the way he used to, and that used to double the effective power of some of the punches he was hit with; and his whole body shape has changed for the better under Roach (he used to have an over-muscular back and spindly legs, which Roach has rectified). For all those reasons and more, he can take a punch much better now, although I don't believe he has a very good chin, even now, and he certainly hasn't proved that he has. But I was responding to an idiot who seemed to think that (a) Prescott is a world class ****er, and (b) that Khan had never been rocked before Prescott - both of which are ludicrous opinions.

I also think that if Khan eats big shots to the head against Maidana, it's likely to be late on. I think Maidana will go to the body early on, and go for the head only once Khan starts to slow down.

You're funny. You presumably think every boxing journalist in the world is also in Pandora, because none of them share your opinion. But enjoy your fantasies if they make you feel good.
