I've been thinking the opposite.
Maidana needs to learn the art of moving around and
learn from perhaps Malignaggi, who would have been
KOed in the early rounds had he traded punches with
Khan.

Hate to repeat it, but fighting fire with fire with Khan

Khan is a boxer not a fighter, in one respect he can not let Maidana bully him but he should not fight Maidana's fight (which happeans to be a fight).


Better fighters than Khan have fallen into the trap of thinking they should beat a guy at his own game as the best path to victory.

I think what ma bwwwoy Amir is implying here is that he won't be fighting on the backfoot the entire time. Because you will eventually get caught and become tired if you keep on doing that for the full 12 rounds.

Amir is gonna hit Maidana first, then slip or block Maidanas punches and hit him again. Amir is gonna stay on him. Amir is gonna put composed pressure on Maidana.
