berto yes, but mosley (would already be in his 40's if he won the tournament)...cotto already lost to pac big time...collazo, well, he's basically a journeyman at his stage of his career...as for williams, he'd be weight draining himself the way delahoya did, so that would be an excuse if williams/pac fought and pac won.
