LOS ANGELES -- When Manny Pacquiao finally makes his way past the autograph hounds and the process server to climb the narrow staircase to the Wild Card Gym, he's met by dozens of fans, reporters and a television star, all wanting a minute of his time.

Hollywood is jam-packed with distractions for the world's top pound-for-pound boxer -- and he isn't even a congressman in this country.

Trainer Freddie Roach says Pacquiao is having the worst training camp of his career heading into his Nov. 13 meeting with Antonio Margarito in Texas.

Pacquiao's camp acknowledges his life has become ridiculously complicated, and not just because he ran successfully for a congressional seat in his native Philippines. Yet the fighter insists he's prepared.

He says it everytime Manny has a fight coming up, to downplay expectations and try to trick nitwits who don't know any better.

I remember thinking the same thing for the clottey fight. Once i saw pac doing mitts with roach during the National Anthem ceremony, i thought to myself "never mind, its over." he looked way too sharp. I just dont buy into this garbage. They are just trying to sell this fight real bad.
