Roger Mayweather continues bashing Pacquiao; hints Margarito fight fixed

The more things change, the more they stay the same. And as for the curious case of Roger Mayweather, the unfiltered trainer and uncle of Floyd Mayweather Jr., not even the latest controversies that has surrounded and kept his nephew Floyd out of the boxing loop has made him change his ways.
Uncle Roger still loves bashing Manny Pacquiao.
Since his nephew is currently in no position, and based on recent history has no interest, in fighting Pacquiao, instead of saying how they would easily defeat BWAA's Fighter of the Decade, he now offers his thoughts on Pacquiao's November 13 showdown against Antonio Margarito.
While guesting at On the Ropes Boxing Show this week, Roger said, "Well Margarito wanted a million dollars. That’s what he wanted. He wanted a million dollars. I don’t know if he’s going to get the million dollars, but if he gets that million dollars then I already know what’s going to happen (Margarito will "throw" the fight). I already know what’s going to happen. (laughs) I already know what’s going to happen. If he gets that million dollars he knows what he’s supposed to do (let Pac get a FIXED "win"). He knows what he’s supposed to do ("throw" the fight) if he gets that million dollars. I don’t know if he’s going to get it, but If he gets that million dollars—when was the last time Margarito fought, anyway?"
The comment suggests that Margarito will be paid to "lay down" against Pacquiao. Granted the source of these statement is the same person that said "Pacquiao uses the same drugs Filipino soldiers used 500 years ago against America soliders that made them bulletproof", it's hard to take the comments seriously. If anything, one might ask if this Mayweather is flat-out delusional and suggests how deep Pacquiao has gotten into the Mayweathers' psyche.
What do you think? Is Margarito capable of doing such a thing? After all, he was caught with illegal handwraps? What does Roger's comments say about boxing? Share your thoughts in the comment box below.
