But Pascal is 100% Canadian. He was 4 years old when he left Haiti.

Its like saying, Ward-Dirrell-Tyson etc aren't American, because they are black.

There is 95,000 Haitian in the metro area of Montreal. Lot of them moved when they were young. He is a Quebecois and consider himself like one.
