Haye looks in great shape, to be very light

Just showed his training session on sky sports, he is at about 220 pounds now, reporters who spent all day training said haye wants to be at his quickest ever at heavyweight, he will be at around 210 for the fight. Haye is focussing on all speed it seems

looks much better than in the ruiz fight where he had a cut which meant he did not spar at all in lead up to the fight

He could come in at 300 pounds and look like solis. he will still beat harrison. Remember this the same harrison who was killed by sprott and was loosing the rematch until a money punch at the end. Haye shouldnt even waste his time or money on a training camp.

if he comes in at 210 then he could easily go back to cruiserweight...

he said he was weightdraining himself to make the 200 lbs limit...

Yeah boxers do lie about their weight a lot to reporters I guess. I think it is excellent stuff from hint if he comes in at the around 220-225 mark, its the perfect weight for a small well built heavy like him

He was training in a high temp room, was throwing a huge ball back and forward while doing sit ups, says it was to help push off audley when he tries to hold him

                  here here

there's no excuse for pro boxers to be coming in to the ring in the condition that Chambers did vs Wlad (just for example) we have them over here, McDermot, Fury etc but these blokes ain't fighting on the world level.
