This puts Haye in an akward situation. He can't really retaliate with his usual venom since Bruno's a beloved figure here in the UK, or he risks looking like even more of a tool. At the same time, if they're not countered then Bruno's words will most likely have a snowballing effect come fight time and might even sway the average sports fan over to Audley's side. I can definitely feel a change in the air regarding Haye, in the media at least. The in-depth interview with Wlad on Sky Sports is merely the most visible element of this. Haye's still got a massive fanbase, but the cracks are appearing...
