Look I understand what you are saying and I agree with you to the fullest. I think DempseyRollin does as well, but he is just pointing out how america views things.

I don't agree with that (if you have any black then your considered black), and I think it's ignorant, but the whole concept of the one drop rule is still prevelant in America today. To deny that it's not is just foolish, and being naive.

FWIW I doubt there are any blacks in america that are 100% black....meaning their lineage goes all the way back to Africa with no mixing of other races somewhere down the line.
