Middleweight Champ??? Felix Sturm?!? So you think he can beat either Jermaine Taylor, Bernard Hookins, and/or Winky Wright??? I am going to give you credit for backing him up, but come on man...let's be brutally honest, Sturm needs about 2 or 3 more fights before he even thinks about challenging these guys. We will see if he can step up to the plate next year.

I've been saying that Sturm has all the tools to become the undisputed middleweight champion for years now.

In fact he shouldn't have to become champ again because noone defeated him legimately.

Problem with most of you guys is that you've only seen Sturm on one or two occasions. A high percentage just judges him upon the DLH fight which wasn't his best. Yet you keep talking like you seen his progress and his fights for years.

I'll say it once again and I hope someday y'all have the chance to prove me wrong: Felix Sturm beats either Taylor or Hopkins.

Now don't discuss this with me unless you can actually back your opinions up (I don't wanna hear none saying he only has a jab) or admit that you can't judge Sturm.

Sturm couldnt get the job done against a blown up DLH. I thought he beat DLH but it could have gone either way. What makes you think he can take Taylor that beat the p4p champ in Hopkins?

what are you basing this on??
what fighter has sturm beat in such convincing fashion that you believe he can beat the middleweight champ and former middleweight champ?

I have nothing against Felix Sturm, I thought he was given a raw deal against Oscar in their fight and it appears at the very least he is a decent fighter.

But...as of right now there is too much wishful thinking going on, we know next to nothing about this guy yet people are picking him to rule the division.

I would love to see Sturm rule the division but who has he fought that is comparable to a Kingsley Ikeke, Bernard Hopkins or JErmain Taylor? I dont care if you have seen every Sturm fight-you still dont know much about him and how he will react against the very best the division has to offer.

Look at Viv Harris, **** people had him tabbed as the undisputed jr. welter champ 3 years ago and now the guy is the but of all jokes.

I would love to see Stuirm kick some ass but more importantly I would simply love to see him...fighting a bunch of unknown Euros is not going to get me to proclaim the guy is the next Hagler...

                I will wait and see.

i think the only way Sturm could be a champ is if, the IBF strips Taylor and makes Sturm and Sam Soloman fight for that belt, no one beats Taylor in the MiddleWeight Div right now
