That is crappy, yet very smart by Hayemaker productions. When one trains in high altitude your body naturally starts producing more red blood cells to compensate for thinner air. This process takes the body a few weeks, but it only takes the body a few days to decrease the amount of red blood cells once your out of the altitude. In other words the greatest advantage Audley had has been taken away from him. For the fools out there red blood cells transports oxygen throughout your bodies, so the more you have the greater your endurance will be.

Hard to know what to believe nowadays, the conflicting flip-flop reports from Team Pac are a classic example.

But if the report is true, then I find your explanation the most likely/believable.

The benefits of altitude training only lasts a few days, aside from the usual stamina improvements, and the adjustment required to perform at high altitude depends on how much time you have available.

Traditionally you must fly to altitude early, at least two weeks in order to acclimatise..... or alternatively, fly up to altitude very late, no more than two days before the big day in order to minimise the effects.

If Team Haye did call Harrision back to England, then that is most likely why

But it does sound strange that Harrision would end his training camp and fly back to England without knowing the reason why?

Thats the point. But the body starts compensating immediately, it just takes time to adjust. Traditionally, touring All Blacks require two weeks to adjust to high-altitude when travelling to Loftus Versfeld or Ellis Park.

But unbelievable that Haye could simply demand that Harrison return to the UK, without Harrision asking why?

When i was at altitude much much higher than Audley. In fact i was at 5400m at Everest. I felt the effects for over 1 week after. From the point of decent to the exactly 1.5 weeks after. The fight is 17 days away... I think its a big time, bit_ch move by the Haye camp.. Its ok, Audley can do altitude training in an oxygen chamber. Which will be like big bear altitude or higher!

Audrey can get in the ring with an oxygen mask it doesn't matter because he's getting KO'd early.

Is Audley too poor to go back or something?
