IBF Middleweight Champion Sebastian Sylvester (33-3 16 KOs) and Mahir Oral (28-2, 11 KOs) participated in a public work-out in Rostock, Germany today. The Hurricane makes a third defence of his title on Saturday night. “After training for 14 weeks, I am more than ready for Oral,” said Sylvester. “I know that this will not be an easy fight, so I am prepared for 12 hard rounds. I will pass the Oral test and I will defend my title.”

To be honest I don't think much of Sylvester. And think he is one of the weaker champions in boxing today. He may beat Oral, who isn't really that good and hasn't done much to warrant a another shot at a world title.

In his second to last fight, Oral could only beat Fabio Liggieri (11-4-4) on MD.
