That means he would also probably face Whitaker in him prime and get embarrassed.

Or faced a more active Quartey which wouldn't of done him any good either.

If Oscar was older he would of had more losses than he does now.

Pernell Whitaker is the greatest name on his resume. Thing is, Whitaker wasn't at his best at that time. And even at that, that win is largely disputed anyway. I guess it would be Vargas; younger, titlist, good resume, competitive fight w/ some serious adversity, decisive KO to end it.
