Lets see...they have their own elected government, own primary language that is not English....there are a colony of the US but it is still a country (Common Wealth). It is not a state as of yet last time I heard

It's not fair to lump the Mexicans with the Chicanos, as far as blind nationalism goes.

Mexicans and Ricans are pretty much even.

honestly, I think the biggest nationalists are the people who moved out of their country at an early age

they have the nostalgia, they feel the loss, and they are as nationalist as you can get even if they have been away of their country for years
