The most important fact about that May/Mosley cutoff date that pac**** like yourself refuse to accept is that neither fighter knew the tests had stopped and expected to be tested at any given moment, detering any attempt at cheating during that time. Pac wants to know the tests have stopped, Mayweather and Mosley did not.

no one is advocating cheating, but the argument is valid, especially since there is no proof of pac ever using PEDs and pac had agreed to OST up to 7 days before the fight.
