Funny how the Floyd Fanatics are riding the Margarito wagon. This is how Floyd gets his legacy, he lets others fight while he sits back. They go down by losing and he goes up by not doing shit in the rankings.

By Dave Lahr: It’s not looking good for Manny Pacquiao (51-3-2, 38 KO’s) as he continues to get ready for his title bout against Antonio Margarito (38-6, 27 KO’s) on November 13th for the WBC junior middleweight vacant title. In his last day of sparring in the Philippines before leaving for the U.S., Pacquiao took punishment by all three of his sparring partners in a series of three to four round spars totaling 10 rounds. According to Ringtv.com, Pacquiao first had problems against 5’11″ junior middleweight Michael Medina (24-2-2, 19 KO’s) in three rounds of action. Pacquiao was able to land shots, but with his small frame, his blows had no effect on the much bigger, and sturdier Medina, who took the shots and fired back bigger punches of his own

Pacquiao retreated to the ropes and was really raked by big time fire from Medina. You have to realize that this is the same Medina that was beaten by John Duddy earlier this year in March, yet he was really handling Pacquiao for three rounds. Next, Amir Khan, the WBA light welterweight champion, went four rounds with Pacquiao and got the better of him throughout. Pacquiao did land well during a 30 to 40 second sequence in the third round, but the effort of throwing a lot of punches exhausted Pacquiao and he went back to getting pounded in the 4th round.

Khan’s hand speed was clearly better than Pacquiao’s. In the final three rounds, Medina came back and once again punished Pacquiao with his superior size. Pacquiao worked hard, but his shots had no effect on the bigger Medina. Pacquiao reportedly looked sluggish from the weight he was carrying and had problems with the size of Medina and the speed of Khan.

There it is, folk. Pacquiao is in trouble going into his fight with Margarito. If you think Medina was problems for Pacquiao, just wait until the equally big but much better Margarito gets in there and works Pacquiao over and wears him out completely to get the win. This is going to be a sad day for Pacquiao fans when he gets whipped on HBO in front of millions of viewers. It’s going to be a lot of crying from Pacquiao’s fans. I just hope they stay grounded and put the loss in perspective without going of f the deep end. This kind of thing was bound to happen once Pacquiao was finally put in with someone that could actually fight and wasn’t just going to stand there and let Pacquiao beat up on them. This has got to be Pacquiao’s worst camp ever. In his last camp, he was able to beat up on the small Shawn Porter, but it’s a whole different story sparring with six-foot junior middleweights like Medina, who’s done a great job mimicking Margarito.
Sometimes I feel like a complete jackass when I click on these threads, thinking I might read something or see something worthwhile until I stumble upon the name "Dave Lahr" I didn't read your article, Lahr's article, b/c this dude is from boxinnews24. You might not know this, but anybody can submit news on that site, it's a blog. But that's not the saddest part, no you have to wait for this one....it's you. I bet you jumped in glee thinking you got something now, but you didn't realize sources count, this is the internet, look! I just called you a dumbass and nobody stopped me, so unless you're just that gullible, nobody believes you.
