Ali aka Cassius Clay in his prime, had the best hands period Ive seen on a heavyweight. The jab was his money punch, he rarely went to the body, and set everything up with it. My votes for Ali hands down. He used it better to me.

Ali,in my opinion,sometimes pumped his jab & sometimes pawed or flicked it!!Holmes jab wasn't for show sometimes,it was there to do what a jab does,disrupt rythm & set up power shots,now being that it was damn near a power shot to booth,it's better!!

Indeed. Holmes had more power with it true, but Ali was just a smarter fighter more agile..just had a prettier style. Holmes was more a fighter, Ali was THE best BOXER.
