I think so , some might think he has some what of a dull personality, I think its because his english isn't very good to the point he can express his self in interviews and what not , if you watch him talk spanish you would see he comes across as a totally different guy .

But he's most def. a cool dude

No, he is very good fighter but his best days are behind him.

I hear different from Puerto Ricans. I work with a guy who's from Puerto Rico, and he says he met Cotto at a club through a friend and says Cotto is a ****head. I've seen other Ricans (on here) say that as well.

Im not sure what i would rate cotto, but it would be above a b+, especially with steward behind the helm. cotto has great boxing skills, and he is in the top two or three in the ww's. he might even be able to beat manny. just sayin, he aint scurred.
