What my educated mind tells me is there was a conversation and when Team Pac came with the testing stopping a week before the fight the conversation was over. A conversation and a negotiation is two different things. I don't think they ever got to the negotiating table. Manny didn't agree to Floyd's main provision and Floyd said **** yall.

i feel this fight is a better treat to the fans than a mayweather fight with pacquiao because i do believe pacquiao will knock out floid if they were to meet in the ring but margarito is bigger more dangerous and is more exciting to watch, and if mayweather and roger both like to hit women than they both deserve to go to jail.i sincerely hope pacquiao is clean of any sort of steroids for the fight nonetheless both pacquiao and margarito look very good in the 24/7 show.

No, the thing anti-Floyd fans don't understand is the mind of a inner city kid that beat the odds. Floyd has fought many fighters that people said he would lose to. If Floyd says he's the greatest of all time it sparks a conversation because "HE HAS NEVER LOSS". Of course he doesn't have the opponents that would justify that but he does have a case to state.
