What my educated mind tells me is there was a conversation and when Team Pac came with the testing stopping a week before the fight the conversation was over. A conversation and a negotiation is two different things. I don't think they ever got to the negotiating table. Manny didn't agree to Floyd's main provision and Floyd said **** yall.

He was wrong and was not part of the negotiations. That is my point. How do we know he is telling the truth or part of the negotiations this time around? For all we know he is wrong about the 7 days and it could be 14 days. Is that possible? Sure. It could be also possible in Pac favor.

Again my point is that Koncz has been wrong before when it came to Pac negotiations. He has a history of it.
