14 days was off the table straight after Mosley , Arum creates bogus negotiation and accepts 14 days so he says , Floyd says no deal was in progress and its full OST or no fight ,,,,

Manny says they have agreed to full random OST , and that now is a lie ,,,

The first negotiation ended with Floyd bringing up the 14days cut-off.. Then all of you *****s in unison agreed with your god floyd that it was fair and logical enough, and anyway even the Usada itself ended the OSDT with the floyd/mosley fight 18days prior to the fight itself and that is for health reason.. Then in the second negotiation, I think team pacquiao were haggling for a 7 days cut-off atleast, i think it is due to ego and mind strategy that they are not complying fully at first with floyd but i also think if floyd really wants the fight to happen, he could have simply sit down again with team pac, re-negotiated and i guess manny doesn't have a choice now but to give in to no cut-off..

Now what i'm driving at, if Floyd really and honestly wants to beat down this one-dimensional, unskilled, easy work asian midget, why in the hell 7 days not good enough?!! In the first place floyd thus have all the advantages already in skills and physical size, so it's really quite surprising that floyd is the one requesting for additional drug tests... Now you tell me, drug experts why is 7 days not good enough?!!! Why is floyd keep on insisting for a no cut-off, what can you do in 7 days, how the hell can you cheat in 7 days?!!!

7 days i think is reasonable enough and i guess team floyd realized this and they know that if they push through with the second negotiation they have to agree to a compromise middle...

7 days is good enough. I just don't believe them when they said they agreed to a 7 day cut-off during negotiations......and even if they did agree to a 7 day cut-off.....why the *** couldn't they do that the first time.....instead of asking for 30, then 24....and finally refusing 14 days!!!!!!?????

I will reserve judgement until we see another round of negotiations. 7 day cut-off and 50/50 split is fair (provided Pac vs Marg does greater than 1 million PPV). If it does under one million (i don't think this will happen) then 55% - 60% to Floyd.

Hopefully Pac vs Marg does good numbers and it takes care of the money split issue if negotiations are restarted. During the past negotiations i am of the opinion that it was ludicrous of team Pac to DEMAND 50%. With good numbers they can legit ask for 50%.

Yep Team Pac , Bob , freddie and Koncz have lied and so did Manny ,, did Floyd lie , no , did Floyd contradict anything no , its been asked for full OST from the first ***en draft , it was on the table from day dot , and Manny still ***s around with it trying to water it down , what the *** for , its a PEDS test for crying out loud , its 2010 , OST is good for all sport , when you take everything into consideration purse , legacy , history *** me the fight is huge , Peds testing is not a legit way of walking away from the fight , not with whats at stake , its good for boxing and its good for both fighters ,, there is no logical reason to say no to this , other than your hiding something .

This is Pac backing out of the fight. Its an ego thing. Floyd asked for ONE thing and Pac cant do it.

Floyd conceded the 50-50 split. (When He didnt want to)
Floyd conceded the 10 Million penalty. (When He didnt want to)
Floyd conceded the 8 oz gloves. (When He didnt want to)

Floyd asked Pac to take OST's with no cutoffs and Pac cant do it. He doesnt want to fight Mayweather.

He didn't concede on glove size. He wants 8 oz gloves.
