the guy that said his job was keeping manny up to date about political issues spoke some pretty decent english....they still added subtitles

sometimes it's neccesary, but for Pac it wasn't needed, even more so for the guy who was contacting him from congress, that dude spoke almost perfect english.

I agree its insulting to have subtitles when Manny speaks. He speaks English perfectly fine, and is easily understandable. He obviously has worked hard on it and its lame to act like he is speaking gibberish.
