As far as Ellerbe claiming there has been no negotiations, you need to look at it from his perspective. Mayweather signs a contract for full random drug testing as says they either sign or they don't. Pacquiao turns around and says no dice, make it 7 days.

Pac and his Team have been proven as liars on many occassions why dont you stop looking for scapegoats and explain why your hero is so affraid to be tested , its quite obvious he has something to hide .

These *****s are pathetic human beings. What does it matter whether Pac agreed to those unprecedented, ****** demands never before seen in the history of boxing? Lil Floyd went on vacation and already stated he wasn't interested in boxing. It takes two to tango. The contract was signed by Floyd for full Random testing and Pacquiao wanted none of it. You can't compromise on blood testing, you either do it or you don't.
