Cotto was still a top welterweight. If Floyd had ducked Pac and fought another top name,the comparison would make sense. But he ducked Pac and fought no one. Just like in 2007 when he ducked the entire welterweight division and fought no one.

Pac is still fighting good opponents, Floyd has fought 1 top class opponent in about 8 years. I dont see the comparison.
