Easily.

Big brother was beating Wlad in sparring when he was in prime.

Not sure how it is now, but Vitali will not get stopped and could easily KO his brother.

Vitali is bigger, physically stronger, and has real heart, great stamina and a chin.

Wlad has better technique, more power and faster, but he would get KTFO.

Only now at a decline does Wlad have a chance.

vitaly would be the only guy that could get past that jab then has the power to Knock him into next week. Vit would lose rounds but would win by KO eventually, styles make fights.
