    Do You Agree With Margarito...

That, as he put it in the face off, If he beats or stops Pacquiao, without plaster, that all will be forgiven and forgotten?

That seemed to be what i got from him, he seems to be sure that he didn't know about the wraps and that he will be redeemed if he defeats Pacquiao, is this the case? Discuss.

Well to a certain extent yea but there will always be detractors for his cheating.

If Margarito managaes to win his hype train is back on the tracks though, so to me although it may not be forgotten it certainly won't be the first thing people think about in relation to him (atleast currently).

His career is still damaged in regards to his reputation. People will ALWAYS see him with a shady figure no matter what he does now. He might do it if he continues fighting and is able to be equally impressive as he was before the incident. One fight cannot change him overnight. A Margarito victory once again distorts the boxing picture around 147 and 154 as he did when he beat Cotto.

In other words, Margarito beats the "better" fighter and becomes a fighter will be following in upcoming battles. He becomes important again, but his reputation is damaged whether he cheated or not. You can't deny that.

Very true, it wont redeem him, but it will put him on the track to redemption, if he can still be the same fighter he once was then people will have to give him credit sooner or later.
