Does anyone know the difference in what other states deem legal or illegal? I would think that every state is more or less the same regulations. And if they were illegal in NY, I'm sure it was for a reason. Personally, legal or illegal, I don't think Vargas would have won that fight.

i remember when vargas was on ustream saying that someone warned him and his team in the locker room before the fight to watch out for tito's wraps ,
