    that's the point.
I can't say I disagree...The trainers making these comments are fueled by two aspects: 1. Their fighter may have to face Pac at some point if they want the mega payday. 2. Nobody expects top tier guys like Cotto and Hatton to be smashed in the fashion that they both were, although I don't think Ricky had much of a chance before that fight. My point is I don't credit those knockdowns of bigger guys (especially Cotto) from only natural power a la Sonny Liston, but more to the vast improvement of his technique and maximization of his ability to throw shots from unexpected angles while still getting full leverage.

      touche.

What i dont get is they act as if pac is the first person to do this in the history of the sport, like he's doing something never been done before when in actuality, he's not doing nothing new. What pac is doing has been done before countless of times by many fighters throughout history.

*****s disgusts me, first they act as if pac just did the impossible in dominating ricky, oscar, & cotto then at the same time say cotto is damaged goods weight drained by 1lb, oscar is shot zombie, hatton's chin cracked by floyd blue print laid out. Which one is it?

Yep...and let's remember all of this started - Floyd Sn. makes a comment questioning Pac's recent wins and somehow it becomes gospel. It's a sad state of affairs in boxing when a guy's honor is questioned just because he gets better as he enters his prime. The most ironic part of this is head to head, (had the fight actually come off when it should have), I was putting my money on Mayweather to out-box Manny. Now, because of Floyd's inactivity, choice of opponents, and recent personal problems, I gotto go with Pacman.

it's typical 4 bandwagon fcks or people hypnotized by Sr.'s bull**** to not know that he's been knocking people out from the get go.

            51 fights >38 KOs.

Sr, and this mothafck is basing their "oh wow he can KO people now?!?" from 13 of those fights that he didn't win by KO?

he's not a feather fisted motherfck who needs to unanimous decision an opponent.

Who else started @106 and went all the way up and KO'd champions@147? Let's make this easier, who else came up from 126 to 147 and boosted their ko % by KOing champions@147? Get the f**k outta here with the BS. This is one of the realist trainer interviews I've ever read. Manny wasn't smashing asses @ the lower weights now he's suppose to be super Pac? BS!!!! And the truth is Manny's style really hasn't changed. He's still very easy to hit he just all of a sudden has the ability to take it from much bigger, stronger men and he all of a sudden hits much harder than before. Coincidence? Only to a ****. The greatest thing about Manny is his matchmaker. They know how to pick the right fight at the right time. Especially those fighters coming off huge losses. Cheato will be his 6th.

                  are you for real?
mannys style has changed from one handed brawler to a two fisted boxer...manny now moves in and out, jabs more, uses his right more...manny doesnt brawl the way he did in the lighter weight...dont get me wrong, manny will brawl at times, but the brawling he does now is more of a controlled brawl, back then it was more reckless than anything.

and what big punches did pac take from biggter men?

                  - hatton didnt really do much.
                  - delahoya didnt land anything significant.
                  - cottos best punches landed in the first 3 rounds, but wasnt KO type of punches
                  - clottey didnt throw enough punches, only a few looked good, but not KO material

out of these 4, only the hatton KO was devasting...but if you looked at the punch, manny had all his power and leverage at the perfect stance and angle in that punch...other than that, what power are you talking about? it was all accumalation of punches...delahoya toook accumalation, cotto took accumalation, clottey took accumalation...if pac had the devasting power *****s are talking about, delahoya cotto and clottey wouldve been KOd, not quit in delahoyas case, not get stopped in the 12 in cottos case

no offense, but that's way too much effort responding to a ***** troll.
