He doesn't count because he spent the majority of his career KO'ing cruiserweights. Were talking about heavyweight KO's and Haye only fought like 4 heavyweights, bonin, barrett, valuev, and ruiz.

Because there is no one else left standing who is even remotely suited to be an opponent, that's all. it asoesn't mean that it would be a marvellous pairing. The only intriguing part might be that Valuev has never been really badly beaten, nor dropped, so there's always that first time to look forwards to.
