people take these tests way too seriously.

It's about how you hit it, the angle, how much weight you have behind the punch, etc.

It's not entirely accurate or should I say doesn't truly represent a punch in action.

Could they measure the punch Pacquiao landed on Ricky Hatton? No way. That KO punch was at a specific angle, with a certain amount of speed and weight behind it.

When they are measuring the PSI it's a dummy in one position. that's not accurate.

So I really never cared what the hell PSI someone could have. I seen one sports science a female boxer hit harder than a male MMA fighter. It's not that she was stronger, it's that she hit the target better than the MMA guy.

I don't put much stock in these tests either. The results in the ring (or octagon) tell me all I need to know.
