Rios was supposed to have fought Soto on Dec. 4th, but Rios chickened-out, so they brought in Antillon as a replacement to Rios, and now Rios is gonna fight a "tomato can" on that card.

Rios is just like Anthony Peterson was, they talk big, but when the challenge was there to fight Soto, they chickened-out.

Look at Peterson, he had all year round to fight Soto, and ducked Soto.
Now that Peterson is done fighting Rios, no one hears anything that Peterson wants to fight Soto, cause Peterson is releived that he didn;t have to fight Soto then, and now he no longer has to fight Soto.
