Timing more than likely. By the time Tua was a big fighter tyson was gone.

Tua lost everytime he fought a fighter rated above Class C Tyson would'a bombed him out early

In 1998 I think Tua takes it.
Tyson unloads early and Tua weathers the storm and stops Iron Mike late.
