Erik Morales and Manny Pacquiaos fight no longer PPV?

I looked at the hbo schedule and it looks they are just gonna show the two main events and skip pay per view! 6.45 pm pacific time is when it starts.

I am really happy if this is true, but why do you think they changed it from ppv to basic hbo?

I personally dont think Barrera-Peden should be on ppv, if it was up to me that **** would be on HBO latino golden boy promotion on thursday nights.

Although this is something more so PPV buyable than Barrera-Pedan, by a margin...It's not PPV and never was. Of course they are using this to setup a PPV in December.

Exactly. There is no reason for this card to be a PPV because they are using it as a promotional tool for Morales-Pacquio 2 in December. They want to get fans all excited about these two guys so that excitment, combined with their first fight, so that will translate into PPV buys in December. It is good marketing to have this as a free card.
