But what Oscar just said, he ADMITS and CONFIRMED that the reason why the 2nd negotiation failed (and yes, there IS a 2nd negotiation you dumb ****s) is all because of Floyd.
As he said, in the end it's all up to Floyd to take this fight.
Which SUCKS, because the last time I heard from Floyd he was saying why does it matter to fight this ONE guy, when he already has beaten 41.

Sounds like Floyd just isn't interested in taking this fight in the very beginning.

Yea, I hear you. But we do know that Marley speaks alot with Bob Arum. Heck, Marley runs articles just about everyday talking about him speaking with Bob Arum.

Either way, I hope Floyd and Manny can't finally fight next year, if not, they can both fade away into retirement. I just don't have the patience to watch them fight other guys that can't carry their gym bags.

I agree with you man.. it will be difficult, but too much money to pass up. But, Manny already said 50/50 and has been consistent with it. I haven't read or heard anywhere of Manny demanding more than 50. 60/40 is a great idea, but too bad they would never agree to it. Here's hoping to a showdown next year..

mosley's done...he should retire from boxing together with arum as a promoter if he insist on that one. the only sensible fight for pac among the ones mentioned by arum is the winner of bradley-alexander in case pac-floyd does not materialize next year.

Wow, way to take things out of context and twist words. Bob said Mosley was an option ALONG WITH Berto, Marquez, the winner of Bradley-Alexander, and if Pac shuts out/dominates Antonio, Arum is open to the idea of Paul Williams as Pac's next opponent.

I don't think Shane in his prime was equipped to deal with Manny's speed and movement, he always struggled against mobile fighters. Now, I'd rather pay to see Pac's sparring sessions than watch him possibly injure Shane in a pointless fight.

I've said it many times here and I'll say it again, Pacquiao-Williams May 1, 2011... mark it down on your calendar. And then mark down May 2 as "excuse day" when we'll be hearing about how Pac had to 'drain' the Punisher before KOing him in the 6th.
