Marley said that Arum told him this on Monday.

But, how many times has Marley mentioned a wrong statement.

If he doesn't have it in quotation than you have to take with a grain of salt. And, Arum mentioned a possibility of 3 names.

The only one being quoted here is Oscar.

Right, all of the fans that bashed Floyd for fighting an old, washed up Shane will find a way around it if Manny happens to fight him. But not the real boxing fans that are also Manny fans.

I been saying Mosley has BEEN DONE since before he fought Marg or Floyd. Dude struggled to box a faded Mayorga and got a lucky KO in the last round.

Yea, I hear you. But we do know that Marley speaks alot with Bob Arum. Heck, Marley runs articles just about everyday talking about him speaking with Bob Arum.

Either way, I hope Floyd and Manny can't finally fight next year, if not, they can both fade away into retirement. I just don't have the patience to watch them fight other guys that can't carry their gym bags.

True.. and yes, the power is still there which gives him a punchers chance. Manny does get hit which makes this a dangerous fight for him. Shane loves and exploits brawlers... will be fireworks. But Floyd needs to accept the challenge already and fight Manny.. Mosley is a plan B/C.

Yes Floyd does,but he's always avoided tough,tough competition,there is no doubt in my mind that this fight is gonna be very hard to make!!The biggest problem I see between the 2 is the demands,not the fight itself!!Both guys are gonna want more than 50%,we both know this!!This fight isn't happen because both men want to have an advantage even before stepping into the ring!!I would love to see both men man up & accept 60/40,the bigger amount to the victor!!

I agree with you man.. it will be difficult, but too much money to pass up. But, Manny already said 50/50 and has been consistent with it. I haven't read or heard anywhere of Manny demanding more than 50. 60/40 is a great idea, but too bad they would never agree to it. Here's hoping to a showdown next year..
