Would be a good fight while it lasted even though Shanes shot

If Shane was shot...Manny would have fought him already.

July 19 - In an interview by Chris Robinson from Examiner.com, Jeff Mayweather said, “He [Pacquiao] agreed to random testing up to 14 days. I never knew that random had a cutoff. So basically if you don’t have a cutoff, it doesn’t mean it’s random at all. That’s why the negotiations went down. It was the same as before.”

            July 7 -
They stopped taking blood 18 days before [Mayweather-Mosley], so that shows that they can do it and be fine,” Arum would tell Lance Pugmire of the LA Times, explaining why he believes 14 days should be sufficient to satisfy Mayweather’s demands. “We’re saying the same thing, that if there’s information that emerges in the final 14 days, we can go to the [state boxing] commission and ask for more tests. We can work it out. No one’s looking to pull any fast ones.”

            July 17:
Pacquiao didn't want to submit to blood tests too close to a fight, his camp said. Pacquiao budged on the issue during these talks, moving from a 24-day cutoff of blood testing to 14 days. But all along the Mayweather camp has been silent.

July 15 - should be noted that despite the fact that Mayweather has insisted on random blood testing up until the day of the fight, Pacquiao has only agreed to a 14-day cutoff for random blood testing.

Tell us some more lies, d*ckriders.
Why are you making me do this to you?

            Whatever, have some:

July 27th- Instead, Mayweather Sr. suggested it was his son’s fear of Uncle Sam that’s preventing the biggest fight in boxing from taking place this year. “Make a million dollars in one year and see what Uncle Sam gonna do to you. So that’s what I’m talking about. Make $100 million in one year and see what Uncle Sam gonna do,” he would tell FightHype’s own Percy Crawford. “It would be like he ain’t never fought Shane. I’m telling you the real deal of how it is. That is the only reason they didn’t make the fight.

So you've got one Mayweather, Jeff, saying that the fight didn't happen because Pacquiao didn't agree to blood testing, and then another, Floyd Sr, saying the ONLY reason it didn't happen was because of taxes? Who do we believe in this situation?

And then out of left field...

Pacquiao: "I agreed to take a test anytime, any day."

Schaefer: "If Pacquiao said that, then I'm sure he wouldn't lie about it"

Arum: "The testing issue is resolved, Haymon knows this"

Floyd: "[Pacquiao] is going to take the urine and blood tests. He's going to take the urine and blood tests".

De La Hoya: “Obviously it's up to Mayweather to give everyone the thumbs up.”

You're the only one on this site or anywhere else that hasn't accepted the truth. Notice how all the overnight Google University PED experts have mysteriously disappeared . But if living in your little fantasy world suits you best, go nuts.

So I ask you once again, are you done?

Negro, please. Your boy hasn't even taken a REGULAR steroid test in nearly a year . And you already see that Arum said full testing would stop after 14 days. But you still carrying on, desperately searching for ****. Keep up the good fight, b*tch! And when the next round of "negotiations" pop off, I'll be looking for you (under a new name, of course).

                  From the same article:

Arum said, "We're saying the same thing, that if there's information that emerges in the final 14 days, we can go to the [state boxing] commission and ask for more tests. We can work it out. No one's looking to pull any fast ones."

What makes you think they didn't say **** it, since we're willing to do it within 14 days, we can do the full thing?

                  Especially considering:

                  June 29th, 210

At this point I feel that Manny is going to agree to everything,” Roach told The Toronto Star. “That’s our bluff. We’re going to call his bluff. We’ll see ... I can’t speak for Manny, I can’t speak for (Bob) Arum but I feel the fight will happen because Manny is going to call his bluff and say ‘let’s do it.’”

Everything that's come out since the deadline reinforces that Pacquiao did in fact agree to any and all testing. This is backed up by Pacquiao, Mayweather, Top Rank, Golden Boy, etc.

But remember, taxes (remember that week when all *****s were on this bandwagon) are the ONLY reason the fight didn't happen according to Sr.
