I believe lewis could win a comfortable decision against briggs but he should stay retired imo.

FACTS:
1) Lewis never mentioned retirement prior to the Vitaly fight, there were no plans to retire in other words.
2) Lewis gets a win over Vitaly as a result of a doctor stoppage in a fight where Vitaly was up 4-2 on all three score cards, with Lewis staggering to his corner at the end of the last round. Fans in the stands boo Lewis and cheer Vitaly.
3)Lewis promises a rematch on TV, in front of millions.
4) Lewis has his MOTHER meet Vitaly so that she can take a look into his eyes. True story, LOL. Apparently something she saw in Vitaly's eyes scared her.
5) After that fateful meeting with Vitaly, Lewis, and Lewis' MOM, Lewis dumps his belt instead of facing mandatory Vitaly, retires, and forgoes a $30-$40 million payday.
6) Vitaly goes on to rule the division until his own retirement due to injuries.
7) Vitaly comes back and 4 years later, and wins a title, breaking all-time records.
8) 5 fights later and Vitaly is still fighting at 39, putting mofos in the hospital and still having the highest KO% of any HW in history.
Now, given all these facts, you think there is even a remote possibility the TV announcer Lewis dares to peek his Jamaican/Canadian/Brit head out of retirement?

The Klitschkos are something else - they love to destroy, humiliate, and retire Brit fighters (or fighters claiming to be British):
Herbie Hide
Danny Williams
Lenno Lewis
And now Derek Chisora.
And perhaps the greatest example of the fear they put into cowardly Brits, is that they will make Diva Gaye retire in his prime, even before he has faced them.
