Keep in mind this is the same man who's brother was murdered as he was preparing or one of his fights.To suffer the loss of somebody so close,to fight through the mental anguish and still go on to fight takes a tremendous amount of courage,and it shows great character.


Margarito is one of the very few true fighters left in this sport.He's truly one of a kind,a rarity in an era full of pampered children - who enjoy the tag of being a champion - but who aren't willing to prove it inside the ring.



Regardless of the result,I'll always admire Antonio Margarito - both the fighter and the human being.I admire his courage,his strength,his indefatigability,and he will always have the support of the true fans of the sport of boxing
