I"m gonna go with put the belt on the shelf. Honestly, I respect the heck outta Hopkins and he is a legend but dude wants nothing to do with Dawson. Hopkins said he knew after watching a few minutes of Dawson vs Pascal that he could beat Pascal. Funny how he's never said anything close to that about Dawson. Like I said B-Hop is a legend, but I gotta call it like I see it and in my opinion he ducked Dawson. I don't care if Pascal beat Dawson, B-Hop had numerous chances to fight Dawson before that and it didn't happen.
