I don't know man. Tim throws a lot of looping and lunging punches and I always felt that someone a little taller with technical skill could make him pay for that. Don't let the last performance be the only thing you judge the fights on. I think its a close fight but I see Tim being a little more vulnerable with his style.

Devon does not move well,and I always felt he shot his jab from to far out..But I see were ya coming from with a taller fighter with skill would give Timmy problems..I just don't think Devon is the guy,looks like he is gonna be very surprised at how much experience will play apart of this fight..Devon just does not have enough of it..I believe Khan is more skilled and would be the harder fight for Timmy B...
