If Jean Pascal beats Hopkins in December, Dawson in the rematch, then beats Cloud (IBF), Shumenov (WBA) and Brahmer (WBO) to claim the undisputed light heavyweight title, do you think he will go down as one of the best LHWs ever ?

I know that's a very demanding agenda and a lot of IFs, and it may be a little soon to talk about that, but regardless, would he go down as one of the best ever in your book ? Top 30, 20, 10 LHW ?

He is working on it, a Froch rematch would really help his standing though more than beating Shumenov a 10 fight rookie for a paper title which he shouldn't even have right now.

He's not going to beat all those guys. As much as I'm upset that I lost money betting on Dawson beating him, I respect Pascal. He is quite average in terms of skill, and has a lot of holes that will be exposed in due time. But what makes him great are his intangibles- his confidence, his heart, his killer instinct. Pascal really threw off Chad Dawson that night and that is how he won.

Personally, I cannot see him winning all of those fights. If not hopkins, dawson or cloud will beat him.

I just don't think he's THAT great of a fighter. His heart and extreme confidence in himself can take him a long way though, so for the sake of argument, yeah if he wins all of those fights he's definately one of the best LHW in a long ass time.
