Margarito vs Pacquiao should not be taking place....

Lets, be brutally honest here, Margarito is an unworthy opponent for manny, the fight is at a catchweight unnecessarily, & for a bogus title.....

but for some odd reason, i cant wait to see this fight.

I think this has a chance to be a great fight. What if tony decides to roid to the max & gives us a FOTY candidate? All i know is that i got a strong feeling this is gonna be a war.

That is exactly how I fell, I think the fight is just plain bullshit. And, I would not give Pac any credit if he pulls of the win.

However, i think it will be highly entertaining and might be a FOTY candidate.

pacquiao gets credit for beating margarito but you cant brag about the win. its a tuneup fight. like jordan beating the clippers in the regular season. sure, he beat them, but doesnt add anything to his legacy. it just keeps his legacy intact.

Honestly I didn't have a problem with the fight until I heard it was gonna be for the jr middleweight title, then I cried bull****, it's like saying f u to all of the fighters at jr mid who have busted their ass to get a title shot, and now they see themselves pushed over by two guys who have done absolutely nothing to deserve the title shot....

Any Pacquiao fight is gonna be worth watching at this point. He could be fighting Alfonso Gomez next and I'd still be a little bit excited.

The aura of mystique is riding on Margo's capability to withstand Pac's onslaught and pull off a surprising upset.

Some think he can do it, most don't think he can.

I, personally, don't see Margo winning if Pac is at 100% and in top form.

One thing's for certain, he will either gain a lot of fans if he hurts Pacquiao in a 12 round losing effort - or - his fan base will diminish considerably if he loses in terrible fashion.

His rep is riding on his performance in this fight. He has a lot to prove.

Honestly trying to get past this fight being for a title so that I can truly enjoy it as a FOTY potential kind of fight.

But its hard to do so when historians, media, and some fans are pushing this as some history making fight for Pacquiao's 8th division title, but at a catchweight

When you put everything that is wrong with the fight to the side, he should be a good fight. Besides if you have a problem with the fight, just catch a stream and not buy the PPV.
