Katsidis' brother found dead

Not sure if this has been posted yet but Stathi Katsidis, older brother of Michael, has been found dead in his home in Brisbane.

Stathi, 31, was a jockey and was due to run in the Cox Plate On November 2.

The police are saying there are no su****ious circumstances. Stathi has previously had problems with drug and alcohol abuse but had undergone rehabilitation.

Thoughts are with Michael and the rest of the Katsidis family.

Very sad. His problems have been reported on regularly in the local papers. Poor guy, so young.

Knowing Mick he will most likely dedicate his efforts to his brother and become even more motivated.

There's definitely a chance that the fight could be postponed. We should know this week. Losing your brother is a lot to get over.

Yeah, this sucks. I hope Kats and his family are alright....a tragedy for sure
