A violent sport like boxing will be full of violent men and women. Esteban DeJesus did hard time for exactly the same problem.

That's why is ****** to mess with people in the road, most are strangers to each who take things personal.
I have been guilty of the same thing, but anger management shows you not to take things personal from strangers on the road. So true.

I don't know how things are(crime wise ect ect) in Panamá, but at least here in Puerto Rico when someone in a car follows another screaming & talking S H I T, 95% of the time that person is armed & WILLING TO USE IT!!(it has happen many times, too many)..So it doesn't matter if the 1 being followed is a boxer, martial art's expert or a combination of Bruce Lee & Steven Segal in 1, HE IS NOT STOPPING A BULLET!!! So probably Concepcion did the right thing..At least he had a valid permit for the gun!!!!

I wouldn't say exactly the same thing..Esteban DeJesus went much farther than Concepcion, DeJesus shot & killed a young 17 year old over some road rage argument & was sentenced to do life in prison..

That's bull**** - so the other guy is not responsible? I mean he followed him, what if Concepcion thought the guy might attack him?

If someone followed me, for whatever reason.....

..... I would assume that they want trouble, and would act pre-emptively.

If that handgun still had a full magazine when the cops arrived, then they don't have a lot to moan about in my opinion.

the way this is playing out is that after he was being followed, both cars stopped. concepcion states that three men came out of the other truck, and began to approach him, that is when he pulled out the gun. the gun is registered,, and he has a permit to carry.
