Vazquez Jr's shoe problems info?

Anyone has info on what the hell happened with his shoes last night? If he had good shoes that fight would not have lasted more than 4 rounds.

My friends joked that he used Clorox on them to make them appear whiter and therefore they were slippery.

from what the announcers were saying, they were new shoes and apparently new shoes slip easy in the ring cuz of the logos on the canvass. his corner tried taping them and i guess it worked.
