Margarito couldnt even KO that bum in his last fight because he no longer has plaster fists. Pacquiao could have returned from a 3 year lay off to fight the same guy Margacheato fought and lay that bum out flat.

He dropped that dude in the first round and basically shut him out. Tony was just trying to get some rounds in after a very long layoff. Tony could have turned on the jets anytime and ended the fight, but for what? He needed to work off some ring rust and he did just that. It set him up for a major fight where he'll once again show what he's made of.
