You keep forgetting Vitali is coming up on age 40 and is older than Briggs.

Prime Vitali who KOed Herbie Hide in round 2 in 1999 and Kirk Johnson in round 2 in 2002 would not only have KOed Briggs, he would have KOed Kevin Johnson (who is very similar to Larry Donald only not as good), and taken out Sosnowski in an early round.
